Prices and currency
Orders are billed in Euro and reflect Euro prices published on our site. The amount you will be charged on your credit card or on your Paypal account may vary because it is based on fluctuating exchange rates and bank fees. ZAR FORMENTI SRL invites customers to contact their bank for detailed information on exchange rates and bank fees related to their transaction.
Forms of payment
Payment by credit card and Paypal:
At the time of purchase, Customers enter details of their credit card in a secure electronic banking system, provided by PayPal.
You can make payments by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
If the existing funds are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, PayPal will instantly send confirmation of the transaction’s debit transaction.

Presale
As soon as the customer buys in pre-order mode, he accepts that the goods are shipped from the date indicated in the product description or just the goods will be available.
Order status

In the e-mail you must indicate the name and surname with which the order was made and the order number.
Order modifications
We would like to remind our customers that once confirmed and evoked, orders of articles already available can not be changed. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
SHIPPING AND REFUNDS
Orders are shipped by ZAR FORMENTI SRL, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00. Weekend orders will be processed from the following Monday morning. Shipment takes place within 15 business days (excluding those regarding the goods the security)

Refunds
